1.2 keep a record of our achievements and goals

3.1 Contact details. We use our section leaders’ names and their telephone number for public enquiries. All our leaders are aware of this, and can be removed at their request.
3.2 Photographs. We can use names to identify individuals if they have achieved a goal that requires praise and when we feel the person(s) should be recognised for their achievement. We only use a Christian name to identify anyone under 18 years of age. General permission is considered granted, Unless we are informed otherwise in writing
3.3 Video Media. We use credits at the end of each of our videos, and we will only identify any individual under 18 years of age, where prior permission has been granted.

Our Terms and your Agreement
By using our website you agree to our terms. We give you access to our website providing the general data, is not used other than for the purpose in this document. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that data is treated with respect and in accordance with GDPR.
It is strictly forbidden to use any photographs, video media (except where third party material has been given prior general consent) or copyright material on this website without prior written permission from the owner.
